- 中文摘要: Glaucine (2), an aporphine alkaloid, when treated with HBr gas in dichloromethane for five days at room temperature afforded thaliporphine (1), a potent cardiotonic agent, lirioferine (7), N-methyllaurotetanine (8) and bracteoline (9), in 20%, 10%, 4% and 7% yields, respectively. The same products were obtained in the yields of 26% (1), 15% (7), 10% (8) and 12% (9) when glaucine was refluxed with acetic acid saturated with HBr gas for one hour. This study provides an alternative method to prepare thaliporphine and is the first semisynthesis for lirioferine.
