- 中文摘要: 本研究設計出一包含有相位追蹤器的開迴路光纖馬赫-進德干涉式光纖感測系統,供做直流電壓及溫度檢測用。不同於傳統的馬赫-進德干涉儀的非線性輸出,本系統利用相位調變、解調及追蹤等電子信號處理技術,除了可產生低雜訊接收信號外,也會產生待測量的類比線性輸出。本文敘述此感測系統的結構,操作原理及測試結果。由對電壓、溫度及系統的測試結果可知本光纖感測系統具有不錯的線性輸出範圍,而待測物理量對光纖每產生一單位弧度的相位變化都會在所發展出來的相位追蹤器輸出端產生1.144伏特的電壓變化。
- 英文摘要: An open loop fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interferometric sensing system with an analogousphase-nulling signal processor for do measurands has been established and investigated. In this system,the electronic signal processing techniques of phase modulation, demodulation, and tracking are used toproduce the desired low-noise output signal. In contrast to the traditional cosinusoidal output, this fibersensor can provide linear output of the sensing parameters over a wide induced phase-shift range by usinga developed analogous phase-nulling processor in the output part of the system. The output voltage toinput phase constant of this phase tracker is found to be 1.144 v/rad. Sensings for both do electric voltageand temperature have been carried out using the present system, and good linearity with low-noise hasbeen observed from the measured results.
