- 英文摘要: Among various carriers for enzyme immobilization tested, it was found that crab chitin was the most suitable for the preparation of immobilized glucose oxidase of Pullularia pullulans. Both the optimal temperature and the heat stability of Pullularia glucose oxidase were increased by the immobilization with chitin. The apparent Michaelis constants (Km) were 40 mM and 12.5 mM of glucose for native and immobilized chitin-glucose oxidase, respectively. Some evidences indicated that it is necessary to couple the over-all process of the enzymatic oxidation of glucose by immobilized glucose oxidase with the reaction of stable immobilized catalase.
