• 中文摘要： 以各種不溶性擔體檢討Pullularia pullulans所分泌葡萄糖氧化?之最適固定方法，得知螃蟹幾丁質?最佳擔體。螃蟹 幾丁質固定化不溶性葡萄糖氧化?之最適作用溫度及熱穩定性皆比水溶性酵素較高，水溶性酵素及不溶性酵素對葡萄糖之 Michaelis常數(Km)?40mM及12.5mM。利用不溶性葡萄糖氧化?氧化葡萄糖時顯示要使酵素反應長期進行'則需要配合以穩定之不溶性過氧化氫?始能成立。
• 英文摘要： Among various carriers for enzyme immobilization tested, it was found that crab chitin was the most suitable for the preparation of immobilized glucose oxidase of Pullularia pullulans. Both the optimal temperature and the heat stability of Pullularia glucose oxidase were increased by the immobilization with chitin. The apparent Michaelis constants (Km) were 40 mM and 12.5 mM of glucose for native and immobilized chitin-glucose oxidase, respectively. Some evidences indicated that it is necessary to couple the over-all process of the enzymatic oxidation of glucose by immobilized glucose oxidase with the reaction of stable immobilized catalase.
