- 英文摘要: Copolymerization of ampholytic monomer, 3-dimethyl(acryloyloxyethyl)ammonium propane sulfonate, DAAPS, with acrylamide or N-vinyl pyrrolidone was studied in aqueous solution. Rate of copolymerization of N-vinyl pyrrolidone with DAAPS was found to be remarkably slower than that of acrylamide. The monomer reactivity ratios were calculated by the Fineman-Ross and Kelen-Tudos methods. The DAAPS-AM copolymers with r/sub 1/.bcdot.r/sub 2/=0.06 and DAAPS-VP copolymers with r/sub 1/.bcdot.r/sub 2/=0.04 using Fineman-Ross treatments exhibit a tendency toward alternation. Similar phenomenon was observed by using Kelen-Tudos treatments. The microstructure was predicted for a wide range of feed composition through a knowledge of reactivity ratios.
