d - 英文摘要: Application of reversed-phase liquid chromatography to the separation and determination of Mn(II),Cd (II), Co (II), Ni(II), Cu (II), and Zn(II) by on-column formation of their complexes with 8-hydroxyqui-noline was studied. The metal complexes were spectrophotometrically monitored at 254 nm. The effectsof mobile phase composition, pH, and concentration of 8-hydroxyquinoline on the elution behavior of thesix metal complexes were examined. Under optimum conditions, limits of detection were in the subnano-gram to nanogram range. The method was applied to the determination of trace metals in bovine liver,industrial waste-water, and river water.
