- 中文摘要: 本文乃將Fourier轉換紅外線光譜應用於兩種商業化活性碳表面官能基種類之確認。其中一為煙煤衍生的活性碳BPL,另一為椰子殼衍生的活性碳PCB。結果發現,這兩種活性碳之表面氧化物官能基相當類似。經由吸收峰帶光譜圖與文獻中有關碳物質(例如碳黑、碳纖維及活性碳)之相關研究結果作一比較和分析,可知這些活性碳表面氧化物主要為lactones,phenols,carboxyls及Aquinones。
- 英文摘要: The results of the application of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy to identify andanalyze the types of surface functional groups in two commercial activated carbons (bituminous coal-derived carbon BPL and coconut shell-derived carbon PCB) are reported. The FTIR spectra of thesecarbon adsorbents were compared and observed to be remarkably similar to each other. Absorptionassignments are presented here. From the analysis of the spectra, it may be concluded that the main oxidesexisting on the surface of these carbon adsorbents are lactones, phenols, carboxyls and quinones, whichis consistent with the understanding of the surface functional groups associated with carbon materials suchas carbon black, carbon fiber and activated carbon as noted by other investigators.
