- 中文摘要: 在兆嚇芝聲頻區域內,以量子力學之方法研究非拋物線能帶對於Rayleigh聲波在壓電半導體薄膜內放大之效應,結果之數值顯示非拋物線能帶模型之放大係數,由於半導體能帶之非線性,令其增加許多。所以,在壓電半導體薄膜內Ray-leigh聲波之放大,依材料之能帶結構、溫度、壓電耦合機構之形態,材料之電子密度、聲頻,和外加電場而改變。
- 英文摘要: The effect of nonparabolicity on amplification of Rayleigh sound waves in piezoelectric semicon-ductor films is investigated quantum mechanically in the GHz frequency region. Numerical results showthat the amplification coefficient for the nonparabolic band structure is enhanced due to the nonlineareffect of the energy band in semiconductors. Therefore, the amplification of Rayleigh sound waves inpiezoelectric semiconductor films depends on the band structure of materials, the temperature, the piezoe-lectric coupling mechanisms, the electron concentration of materials, the frequency of sound waves, andthe applied electric field.
