- 中文摘要: 濾波器是微波電路中不可缺少的元件,而傳統的微波瀘波器體積都相當地大。陶瓷介電濾波器由於具有高介電係數,高Q值,及良好的溫度穩定度,體積小且成本較低,故已廣泛地使用在行動通訊系統上。 本論文所探討的陶瓷介電濾波器,是由數級的TEM mode共振器所組成。電磁波能量的傳遞則是利用共振器間之空氣孔洞或氣隙孔窗來耦合,藉著適當地調整它們的大小或位置,可控制其濾波特性。 實驗所得的各式濾波器,各有其不同的濾波特性。其中最符合設計需求,可使用在行動通訊頻率範圍內(800MHz-900 MHz)之濾波器特性為:中心頻率f0=819.5 MHz,S11=31.135 dB,S21=-2.1783 dB,頻寬BW=25 MHz,截止帶衰減在750 MHz時大於50 dB。整體濾波器之尺寸為24 mmx8 mmx 10 mm。
- 英文摘要: In this work, dielectric resonator (DR) filters consisting of several cascaded resonators wereinvestigated. The electromagnetic energy propagating in the TEM mode was transmitted through an airhole between neighboring resonators. The filter response as a function of the dimension and positionof the air holes along the propagating direction are analyzed and discussed. Experimental sutdies on themicrowave properties for fabricated filters are presented. In addition, the optimum design of a three-stage resonators is proposed. Based on experimental results, the one that could best fit the requirements of a mobile communicationsystem at frequencies from 800 MHz to 900 MHz was found to have the following features. central frequencyf0=819.5 MHz, S11=-31.13dB, S21=-2.178 dB, bandwidth=25 MHz, attenuation at 750 MHz>50 dB. Thedimensions of the filter were designed to be 24 mmx8 mmx100 mm.
