- 中文摘要: 本研究採用之試驗裝置係二階段旋轉式生物氧化盤。合成廢水及都市污水均被作為處理對象。二旋轉軸共攜55個圓盤,直徑為45公分,轉速每分鐘7至10轉。廣水化學需氧量(COD)之範圍在300至2220毫克/升之間。當盤面有機負荷不超過70克COD/平方米/日時,COD之去除率在百分之七十至八十九之間;但當負荷增至121-135克COD/平方米/日時,則去除率降為百分之四十六室四十八。當盤面有機負荷固定不變時,水力停留時問的變化對COD去除率影響並不顯者。污泥產量介乎0.171與0.261克乾重/克COD之問。 硝化作用在低有機負荷時進行良好。氨去除率可達百分之八十至九十六之問。 臺北市都市污水亦經兩個月之處理試驗,生化需氧量,化學需氧量及氨之去除效果均甚良好。當盤面有機負荷維持在34至61克COD/平方米/日,經處理之放流水均台乎政府標準 本研究報告亦列舉了臺灣各種生物分解性的工業廢水。旋轉式生物氧化盤在省內廣水處理方面的應用潛力亦予列舉說明。
- 英文摘要: A two-stage rotating biodisc unit has been assembled and tested withboth synthetic wastewater and domestic sewage. Two shafts carrying atotal number of fifty five discs with diameter of 45 cm are rotating at7-10 rpm. The COD range of the wastewaters being treated is between 300and 2220 mg/1.When the disc area loading is below 70 g GOD/M2/day,70-89%COD removal could be achieved. Whereas the COD reductionefficiency drops to 46-48% when the loading is augmented to 121-135 gCOD/M2/day. Variation of hydraulic retention time has little effect onCOD removal if the disc area loading is fixed. Sludge yield is between0.171 and 0.261 g dry weight/g COD removed. Significant nitrification occurs at low organic loading. The efficiencyof ammonia oxidation could reach 80-96%when influent NH3-N is 27-38mg/1 and the hydraulic loading is maintained at 66 1/M2/day. Field test with domestic sewage has been conducted. Satisfactory re-movals of BOD, COD, and ammonia are achieved when disc area loadingis maintained between 34-61 g COD/M2/day. The effluent meets the gov-ernment standards. A survey of some biodegradable wastes in Taiwan has been listed. Thepotential applications of rotating biological contactors for treating theseindustrial wastewaters and domestic sewage are discussed.
