- 英文摘要: Testicular interstitial cells of Leydig in adult golden hamsters were studied by electron microscopy. Profusibn of cisternal endoplasmic reticulum closely associated with mitochondria is the most characteristic feature in the hamster Leydig cells. The cisternae are sometimes closely arranged in concentric array to form a whorl-like structure enclosing a small portion of the cytoplasm. The Golgi complex may be accompanied by an unusual cluster of very tiny vesicles. A novel cytoplasmic structure which is called dense cored filamentous body is first depicted near a typical centriole. Microtubular shieves probably derived from dissociation of the centriolar wall are found. Glycogen particles in single and aggregated form are scattered throughout the cytoplasm. Spherical glycogen bodies are encountered within the nucleus. Gap junctions are demonstrated between plasma membranes of two portions of a single cell as well as between two adjoining Leydig cells.
