臺灣?葉樹材混合分段製漿法之研究

本試驗之目的,在尋求適當之製漿方法,以提高紙漿收率,減少污染物質之產生,期能解決目前造紙工業上所面臨的原料缺乏與環境污染之二項重大難題。 試材包括九丁樹、大葉楠、臺灣白臘樹、相思樹、無患子、翼子赤楊葉、高士佛木、港口木荷、臺灣黃杞、烏心石舅等均採自臺東縣大武鄉關山林區所屬之林地(海拔約 500 公尺)。製漿程序包括二段化學處理及一段機械處理,所採用之分段蒸煮法包括蘇打法,蘇打-硫酸鹽法,蘇打-中性亞硫酸鈉法,硫酸鹽法,硫酸鹽-蘇打法,硫酸鹽-中性亞硫酸鈉法,重亞硫酸鈉-酸性或鹼性亞硫酸鈉法,酸性或鹼性亞硫酸鈉-重亞硫酸鈉法 。 試驗結果顯示,在本試驗所採用之各分段製漿法中,以蘇打法,硫酸鹽-中性亞硫酸鈉法及鹼性亞硫酸鈉-重亞硫酸鈉法為最理想,紙漿收率達67%以上,紙張裂斷長在 5kg 以上。

The purpose of this experiment is find outthe suitable pulping process for increasing thepulp yield and decreasing the pollutant formedduring the process. Troubles owing to the shor-tage of pulpwood and the environment pollutionwill be solved partialy by this experiment forthe pulp and paper industry. Ten species of Taiwan hardwood, used asraw materials in this experiment, are collectedfrom Tai-tuug. The proper process and terms,used in high yield pulp production, will be de-cided through comparision of qualities and yieldof pulps carried out from ten different mutlistagepulping processes; those are soda process, kraftprocess or neutral sulfite process, with an initialsoda or kraft stage, acid or alkaline bisulfitewith an initial bisulfite stage, bisulfite processwith an initial acid or alkaline bisulfite stageand the soda process with prehydrolysis. In this experiment, all the results obtainedare summarized as follows: (1) In order to rise the pulp qualities anddecrease the electrical power consumption forrefining, the chemical charge and the cookingtemperature used in first stage cooking mustincrease as high as possible to make the pulpyield in a given range. (2) Soda multistage-, sulfate-neutral sulfitemultistage - and alkaline bisulfite - bisulfitemultistage pulping processes are suitable forhardwood mixtures to produce high yield pulps,especially, the strength of soda pulp made fromsoda multistage cooking, is stronger than thatof kraft pulp, for the environment pollution con-trol, the soda multistage pulping process is betterthan conventional kraft process. (3) Under the proper conditions, pulp yieldsproduced by multistage cooking more than 67%and the breaking lengths of paper made fromthose are stronger than 5 Kilo-meter. Thereforeit not only can used for making midium andbottom of corrugated board, but also newsprint,book, cover and wood-free papers. But whenthe process be introduced to mill which shouldadopt the continuons digester with in-line diskrefiner instead of the batch digester. Other-wise, if the batch digester and disk refiner areused, the second stage cooking shulod be carriedwith Aqu Brusher closely.
