- 中文摘要: 自行燃燒合成反應是利用自身化學反應所放出的熱量,來合成材料的一種新方法。在這篇文章中,除了介紹這種快速、方便的合成材料之反應機構外,並從熱力學和動力學的觀點來討論這種新式合成材料的技術。最後,並對在材料製備時的一些影響因素(如:粉末顆粒的大小,反應物本身孔隙性的多寡,及加熱速度的快慢)和如何將產物緻密化作一探討。
- 英文摘要: Combustion synthesis is a technique in which the synthesis of compounds and composites isaccomplished by the propagation of a combustion wave across the sample. The heat to propagate thecombustion front is obtained from the heat of formation of the synthesized compound. The unreactedportion in front of the combustion front is preheated by the release energy which initiates further reaction.A continuous cycle of reaction, heat transfer, and reaction initiation is reflected in propagation of thefront. In this article, a review of the synthesis of advanced materials by a self-propagating combustionwave is presented. This review discusses the mechanisms of the fast, non-isothermal reactions associatedwith combustion processing. In addition, theoretical analysis of spontaneous reactions and experimentalobservations on solid-solid combustion are introduced. Furthermore, the effect of the initial processingconditions on the combustion synthesis and the methods for densification of the synthesized products arealso presented in this review.
