- 中文摘要: 不同比例的共聚縮醛樹脂添加於聚醚型及聚酯型聚氨基甲酸酯主體內,藉以改進聚氨基甲酸酯彈性體之性質及實用性能。當共聚縮醛以百分之十重量比例添加於聚醚型聚氨基甲酸酯中,經由熱混煉方式得到的材料具有最佳的機械性能和實用性。因為,此時的共聚縮醛可以強化聚醚型聚氨基甲酸酯材質白化結構中的山脊及鬚根數量,此現象可由掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察得到。所以添加百分之十共聚縮醛樹脂成份會貫穿及彌補聚醚型聚氨基甲酸酯材質之表面缺陷地方。此一結論與表面能測試和玻璃轉移溫度測量是一致的。但是,任何比例的共聚縮醛添加入聚酯型聚氨基甲酸酯彈性體中,所得到材料的機械性質均比未添加時的聚酯型聚氨基甲酸酯材質差。
- 英文摘要: Different amounts of copolymer-type polyacetal (POM) adding aromatic polyether-based or polyester-based polyurethane (PU) may result in the improvement of the properties and applications of the polyurethane elastomer. The addition of about 10wt% POM into aromatic polyether-based polyurethane for the binary blends shows better mechanical properties and various specific applications than the unblended polyurethane. Especially, the 10wt% POM in the alloy may increases the number of ridge and fibril in the craze structure for polyether-based polyurethane in scanning electron microcopy (SEM) . These effects have generally considerable interest owing to desirable improvement in certain properties, which is mainly due to interpenetration of the additive POM (10wt%) component into the surface defects of the PU bulk component. This conclusion is in agreement with the observation made on the surface tension and glass transition temperature measurements. However, at the various composition of POM in the polyester-based polyurethane matrix, the mechanical properties of the alloys are worse than those of the unblended polyester-based polyurethane.
