- 中文摘要: 本實驗乃探討使用定脈波電流法使鋁在硫酸溶液中陽極化的情形。由所得之電流一電壓關係曲線可看出有三個象徵不同氧化過程(機構)的電壓區域。由測得之臨界電流的大小可比較在不同陽極化處理系統中氧化膜之成長效率。根據實驗之結果,發現使用二階脈波電流之陽極處理法比起傳統之直流陽極處理法,可以獲得較快之氧化膜成長效率以及較佳之氧化膜性質,如膜質較硬以及表面較細緻光滑。
- 英文摘要: Series of pulses were applied galvanostatically for the study of anodization of aluminum in sulfuricacid. From the log i - E polarization curves, three potential ranges which characterized different oxideformation mechanisms were observed. From the magnitude of the critical current, the coating efficiencyof different anodization systems could be compared. It was found from this experiment that anodizationwith the application of two-step pulses showed a better coating efficiency and formed an oxide film ofbetter properties than the conventional dc process. Further development of this method might induce auseful new surface treatment process.
