- 英文摘要: Two kinds of plastic blends; polyacetal (POM) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) have been prepared by mechanical blending. A detailed description of the preparation of these samples is given. The mechanical, physical, wear, dielectrical, dynamic mechanical, and morphology properties of these samples have been measured. The results indicate incompatibility between POM and PTFE. The Taber wear factor of POM decreased from 288 to 75 for M90 and 326 to 68.5 for M270. The worn surface morphology explains the mechanism of wear. It was found that the incorporation of PTFE increases the wear resistance of POM, and the wear mechanism changes from a brittle type of wear mechanism to a ductile type of wear mechanism.
