- 中文摘要: 本研究曾以氯化鈣溶液進行電透析,探討流速、溫度及濃度對極限電流密度I11m的影響,實驗結果顯示,I11m分別與稀釋液流速、濃度及溫度的0.294、1.04及1次方成正比;電透析液中加入蔗糖時,其極限電流密度隨蔗糖濃度增加而減少;若維持一定的總當量濃度下加入氯化鈉,則氯化納當量濃度百分率愈高,I11m愈大,而兩者間成線性關係。以蔗汁進行電透析時,其結果與理論大抵一致。
- 英文摘要: The effects of the operational conditions onthe limiting current density for the CaCl2 solu-tion in the ion-exchange membrane electro-dialysis were studied. The experimental resultsshow that the limiting current density for theCaCl2 solution is approximately proportional tothe flow rate, temperature and concentration ofthe diluent solution with the orders 0.294, 1,and 1.04 respectively. In the presence of sugarin the CaCl2 solution, the limiting currentdensity decreases as the concentration of sugarincreased. For the solution of CaCl2-NaCl atconstant total equivalent concentration, thelimiting current density is approximately pro-portional to the concentration of NaCl. Theeffects of operational conditions on the limitingcurrent density were also investigated for thecane juice. The experimental results are coin-cident with the theoretical results.
