- 中文摘要: 在本文中我們探討炭纖強化複材在高速鑽削的條件下〔轉速由每分鐘9550轉到38650轉;即最大切線速率由每分鐘210公尺到850公尺〕的鑽削特性。首先我們探討高速鑽削對刀具磨耗的影響。由實驗結果發現刀具磨耗是高速鑽削炭纖強化複材必須解決的一大問題。本文亦探討高速鑽削對鑽削推力、扭力,孔品質,表面組成,等鑽削特性之影響。
- 英文摘要: With increasing attention given to fiber-reinforced materials, many researchers have focused onrequired production operations. A study of the drilling characteristics of carbon fiber-reinforced compositematerial at high cutting speeds ranging from 9550 up to 38650 rpm (from 210 to 850 m/min.)is presentedin this paper. First of all, the development of tool wear is observed since tool wear is one of the majorconcerns in high speed cutting. It is shown that tool wear will be a main problem to overcome for highspeed drilling of carbon-fiber reinforced material. The effects of high speed drilling on the average thrustforce, torque, surface integrity and hole quality for both multifacet drills and twist drills have also beenstudied and the results are presented in this paper.
