- 中文摘要: 本篇報告旨在應用光顯學,掃描式以及穿透式電顯學之方法去探討臺灣赤楊經人工接種或自然形成之根瘤之共生關係,寄主,共生物之微細構造,以及細胞學。感染之菌絲於寄主之細胞內,生長、發育、分枝而成菌絲墊。由菌絲墊衍生而出之微細菌絲於其先端形成囊狀體。囊狀體排成3 - 4層,最外層和寄主之細胞膜相鄰。成熟之囊狀體內部由隔膜分割成多室。老化之囊狀體,變形、崩潰,最後再為寄主所吸收。此共生性放射線菌偶而會產生細胞內之孢子囊。孢子囊、棍棒狀、長橢圓形或紡錘形。孢子囊係由變形、肥大之菌絲衍化而成。菌絲和囊狀體皆為一層膠狀物質以及寄主細胞膜所包圍,原核性,內含醒目之中體·就細胞學上而言,被感染之寄主細胞體積增大,細胞壁變薄,澱粉體、酚粒消失,相對地細胞核增大,粒腺體及原質體數目增加,薄層膜狀體以及邊緣體也似變得更為顯著。
- 英文摘要: The root nodules of Alnue formosana, either induced by inoculation with Frankia sp. Afll, orcollected from field, were investigated by light, transmission and scanning electron microscopy to study theultrastructure, cytology, and host-endophyte interactions. Infection hyphae of the endophyte proliferated,ramified, and became hyphal cushion in the host cells. Vesicles, 3-4 layers in number, were produced onthe tips of hyphae originating from the cushion. The outmost vesicles were adjacent to the peripheralplasmamembrane. Vesicles, spherical, sectored into several compartments, when senescent, malformed,and eventually collapsed, and were reabsorbed by the host. Sporangia rarely present, intracellular, club,oblong, or spindle in shape, derived from the thick hyphae. Both the hyphae and vesicles were encapsu-lated, also bounded by host plasmamembrane, prokaryotic, with distinctive mesosomes. The infected hostcells hypertrophied, the cell wall became thinner, amyloplasts and phenolic granules disappeared. Incontrast, nuclei size and number of mitochondria and proplastids were increased considerably. Lomasomesand lamellar bodies also seemingly became more prominent.
