- 中文摘要: 一個新的腳柱狀配位體2-(雙苯膦甲基)-2-(苯硫甲基)-1-(N,N-雙乙基胺)丙烷(PSN)已被合成。它可由3-疊氮甲基-3-甲基-1-氧環丁烷為原料,利用苯硫陰離子處理使之開環而得2-(疊氮甲基)-2-(苯硫甲醇)-1-丙醇,經還原及乙基化後可得2-(N,N-雙乙基胺)-2-(苯硫甲基)-1-丙醇,再轉換氫氧基為甲磺醯基,續以雙苯膦陰離子取代反應後即得所要目的物2-(雙苯膦甲基)-2-(苯硫甲基)-1-(N,N-雙乙基胺)丙烷(PSN)。
- 英文摘要: A new tripodal "hybrid" ligand 2-(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-2-(phenylthiomethyl)-1-(N,N-diethylamino)propane (PSN), was synthesized. Starting with 3-(azidomethyl)-3-methyl-l-oxacyclobutane(4), the oxetane ring was opened by benzenethiolate anion in ethanol to give 2-(azidomethyl)-2-(phenylthiomethyl)-1-propanol (5). Reduction of the azide group of 5 by LAH generated the amino function,which was subsquently treated with ethyl iodide to give the corresponding N-alkylation species, 2-(N,N-diethylaminomethyl)-2-(phenylthiomethyl)-1-propanol (7). Treatment of 7 with mesyl chloride followedby the diphenylphosphide anion in tetrahydrofuran gave the desired PSN ligand.
