- 中文摘要: 緩波羅可夫斯基線圈是一種環形繞組結構之線圈,常用於脈衝實驗,如電子束、離子束、脈衝強X射線、自由電子雷射、高脈衝電力系統等之電流量測。本研究之目的,主要在探討利用平行板傳輸線研製緩波羅可夫斯基線圈,其方法乃是將兩條平板導體中間置一介電材料,以形成平行板傳輸線,再將此平行板傳輸線繞製於環形繞組上。利用此種結構,除可簡化線圈之繞製程序外,更可增加線圈之分布電容(至nF程度)及線圈電感(至數uH),使線圈之靈敏度在數微秒之脈衝範圍時,仍可達到>1 V/A之靈敏度。在文中除詳述線圈之理論及設計過程外,更藉由電腦分析及探討線圈各種參數對於線圈響應特性之影響,以設計符合需求之線圈,並加以實驗驗證。由實驗結果證實與理論之所預期一致。
- 英文摘要: This paper describes the theory, analysis and design of a slow-wave Rogowski coil used for currentmeasurement in pulse power experiments. Based on the Rogowski coil principle, the coil was made byusing the parallel-plate transmission line technique. This kind of parallel-plate transmission line is formedby placing a flexible dielectric strip between two conducting strips, which makes a distributed capacitancealong the transmission line. Details of the analyses and experimental results for the effects of the coilparameters on the coil responses are also presented.
