醬油及豆醬中未發現污染黃麴毒素

Aflatoxins and in soy sauceand soybean paste were assayed by high pressureliquid chromatography with UV detection afterCB extraction and SEP-PAK and preparativethin layer chromatographic cleanups. In examina-tion of fifty seven samples of soy sauce, thirteensamples of concentrated soy sauce and six samplesof soybean paste, no aflatoxins were detected inany of the samples.
