- 中文摘要: For the production of citric acid by fermentation a strain of Aspergillus niger 4022-15 was used. The composition of the basal culture solution was kept simple and contained only ammonium nitrate, potassium acid phosphate, magnesium sulfate and sucrose. Camphor 1-2 ppm and zinc sulfate 10-20 ppm were added to the basal solution to accelerate the production of citric acid. In the favourable condition 46% of sucrose was converted into citric acid.
