黑小麥殼實之品質分析

三十五個黑小麥品系各種實品質成分均較小麥略優,而蛋白質含量卻受環境因素影響甚大。 黑小麥品系之離氨酸較對照小麥臺中31號為高,且其氨基酸組成也較平衡。離氨酸含量與蛋白質含量間呈現負相關之趨勢。 黑小麥之氨基酸組成亦較小麥、蜀黍、暗玉米、普通玉米為優。

1. The grain composition of 35 testedtriticale lines are slightly better than that ofthe control wheat cultivar TC. 31. Proteincontent is severely influenced by environmentalfactors. 2. The results of correlation analysis im-plied that the genetic constitution of the graincomposition is uniform and stable. 3. Lysine content of triticle lines is higherthan that of the control wheat cultivar TC. 31,and the amino acid composition is morebalanced in triticale. An inverse relationshipwas found between lysine in the protein andthe protein content of triticale.
