- 英文摘要: Tapes with precursor composition of the Bi/sub 1.6/ Pb/sub 0.4/Sr/sub 2/Ca/sub 2/Cu/sub 3.6/O/sub x/ were fabricated in this present work by doctor-bladed casting. Green tapes were laid on the MgO ( 100) substrate, followed by the melt-quenching process and annealing treatments. The effects of annealing temperature, time and oxygen partial pressure on the formation of 110K phase in resulting thick films were investigated. Excellent films could be obtained with a high volume-percentage of 110K phase, a highly c-axis oriented microstructure and a critical current density of 2.6*10/sup 3/A/ cm/sup 2/ at 77K and zero field.
