明 - 英文摘要: Liver.samples were obtained from three patients with hepatoma by laparotomy and biopsy andstudied ultrastructurally and cytochemically for the localizations of acid phosphatase (AcPase), thiaminepyrophosphatase (TPPase) and glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase) activities. The plasma membranes andGolgi-GERL complex were morphologically normal. The bile canaliculi lined with short microvilli wereslightly enlarged and showed both AcPase and TPPase activities. The pericanalicular ectoplasm was strength-ened by condensed cytoplasm with microfilaments. Except for bile canaliculi, AcPase reaction productswere found in Golgi saccules, GERL, lysosomes and lipofusin granules; while TPPasc reaction productswere detected in the inner Golgi saccule or saccules, GERL and in lysosomes. The endoplasmic reticulum(ER) disarried and formed whorls or networks. G6Pase activity was observed in ER and nuclear envelope.The results indicate that: 1. the three marker enzymes were successfully detected in human hepatoma;2. the demonstrations of AcPase and TPPase activities in Golgi-GERL complex and bile canaliculi suggesteda possible pathway of secretion and transport of both enzymes; 3. the cytochemical localization of G6Paseactivity showed that apparently this enzyme is not deleted from human hepatoma; 4. fine structuralchanges in ER system and Golgi-GERL complex were functionally in parallel with enzymatic differentia-tion in human hepatoma.
