殺草劑對大豆固氮作用及有機物質含量的影響

以兩種殺草劑「大克草」和「拉草」處理大豆,當使用殺草劑種類及濃度不同時,?克根瘤的固氮活性也隨著改變。以低濃度的「大克草」處理時,根瘤的固氮活性有被促進的現象,當濃度提高到750ppm以上時,其活性則被抑制 。但是以「拉草」處理植株,於低濃度時可強烈抑制根瘤的固氮活性,而當濃度提高時抑制力反而減弱。「拉草」對根瘤的形成有抑制之作用,但是對根瘤之發育生長則?有影響。大克草則?生與拉草相反之結果。 比較「大克草」及「拉草」對大豆生長.、固氮活性及植物體?蛋白質、胺基酸、糖等有機物含量的影響,可發現「拉草」的抑制力較強,亦即大豆對「大克草」的抗性較強,若不考慮實際施用於耕地時之除草效果「大克草」比「拉草適用於大豆田的除草。

Four concentration levels, 72, 144, 240, and 384 ppm of Lasso and 300, 525, 750 and 1125 ppm of Dacthal were applied to the soil in pots. Plants started to show their abnormal shoot growth six days after the treatment. The activity of nodular nitrogen fixation was changed according to the difference in concentrations of herbicides used. The activity was enhanced when plants were treated with a low concentration of Dacthal but the activity was severely inhibited when the concentration was higher than 750 ppm. a low concentration of Lasso had a prominent inhibitory action on the nodular activity but this inhibitory activity could be partially relieved by using a high concentration of Lasso. By comparing the effects of Dacthal and Lasso to plant growth, nitrogen fixation, leghemoglobin and contents of some organic substances, such as protein, amino acid and soluble carbohydrate in nodules and leaves, it was concluded that soybean plants were less sensitive to Dacthal than to Lasso treatment. Based upon the less harmful effects on plants, it is concluded that Dacthal is a herbicide better than Lasso to be used in weed control in soybean field.
