- 英文摘要: In an attempt to find a feasible way to analyze mungbean protein distribution in an interspecific breeding program, the dipeptides γ-glutamyl-S-methylcysteine and γ-glutamyl-methionine was synthesized by liquid phase method and analyzed by hplc. The condition of hplc was found for the identification and quantitation of these two dipeptides in a single seed. The method is faster and more accurate than the microbiological method. The analysis of a single seed from interspecific breeding was performed to show the excellence of the method.
