- 中文摘要: 本研究對颱風特性及風對結構物影響做基本之探討。由收集到颱風風速資料建立颱風亂流能譜密度函數及豎向分佈之互能譜密度函數。其數學模式亦予以建立。文中對結構物受風力作用之隨機反應有詳細探討。從理論上之觀點,對空氣動力導納(Aerodynamic Admittance)加以分析,並與經驗式相互比較。結構物受風力作用之反應靈敏度分析文中亦予以討論。配合風之特性及結構物受風力作用之動力反應,對結構物之可靠性分析有詳細探討,其中以風之亂流能譜密度函數之參數及平均風速以及所假設之載重密度函數對可靠性分析極其重要。對結構物受風力作用之危害度分析中各參數之變異性,如結構參數,載重參數等之影響,文中有詳細述及。
- 英文摘要: This paper presents a basic study of wind characteristics as well as the wind effects on structures.The turbulence spectra and the crossspectra are evaluated on the basis of collected typhoon wind velocity.A mathematical model is developed based on these data. The response of a structure to stochastic wind loadis carefully discussed in the paper. The evaluation of aerodynamic admittance is also discussed from atheoretical point of view. The sensitivity study of the variance of structural response to some critical para-maters is evaluated. Structural reliability of wind induced response is performed based on the parametersof wind spectrum, load density function and mean wind velocity. Results indicate that uncertainties in thedynamic structural properties and wind environmental parameters contribute significantly to the overallrisk.
