- 中文摘要: 本文利用切面觀念及齒合機構原理,導出格林森(Gleason)及克林根伯格(Klingelnberg)兩種蝸線傘齒輪(SpiralBevel Gear)之齒面數學模式。為期證明本文所導出之數學模式之正確性。本文並建立一套傘齒輪測量方法來量取資料並計算出傘齒輪之基本參數。最後將所得參數代入數學模式印證確定為正確可行。
- 英文摘要: Using the tangent plane concept and the requirements of gearing kinematics, the mathematicalmodels of the tooth surfaces of both Gleason spiral bevel gears and Klingelnberg Cyclo-Palloid spiral bevelgears have been derived in this paper. An experimental method, used to measure and calculate the data ofactual gear sample, has been also presented in this paper to verify the mathematical models. The experi-mental results prove that the mathematical models presented in this paper are precise and ready to use.
