- 中文摘要: 生長於宜蘭鴛鴦湖區的低等苔植物Mastigophora diclados的極性化學成份經各種光譜鑑定,主要由下列倍半?及二?化合物組成:α-&β-herbertenols (6, 5), 2,3-herbertenediol (7)及(-)-sandaracopimaric acid (8)同屬而產於臺灣其他高山地區的M. woodsii,經GC/MS檢驗亦含上述前三種倍半?及其碳氫化合物herbertene (1)。因此推論Mastigophora屬的化學標幟為herbertane架構類的化合物,此一組成特色將可作為此屬植物在植物分類上一向令人爭議的參攷觀點之一。
- 英文摘要: On the basis of spectral evidence, the polar constituents of the primitive liverwort Mastigophora-diclados which grows in the area of Yuenyang Lake were determined to be: α-&β-herbertenols (6, 5), 2,3-herbertenediol(7) and (-)-sandaracopimaric acid (8). By GC/MS examination, the oil of M. woodsii whichwas collected in high altitude mountains was also found to contain the former three sesquiterpenes as statedabove. Hence these results suggested that the chemical marker of Mastigophora genus may be herbertane-type compounds. The present chemical findings would certainly help the taxonomic placement of theMastigophora genus, which has long been arguable from the view point of botanists.
