• 中文摘要： 本研究為坡地住居發展作成一兼顧環境及經濟效益之評估架構。研究地區選擇臺北盆地東緣。根據一組土地利用及環境之整體益損表所列之十對增益及損費因子，本架構可據與一組經濟、社會、心理及美觀價值作比較評估，以求獲得經濟發展與環境品質間較佳的平衡。
• 英文摘要： This study has found a framework for evaluation of environmental and economic effects of residen-tial development on slopeland. It chooses the eastern fringe of Taipei basin as a study area. Based on aset of land use and environmental integrated cost-benefit tables that list ten pairs of cost and benefitfactors, the framework can be used in evaluation against a set of economic, social, psychological, andaesthetic values, in an attempt to provide a better balance between economic development and environ-mental quality.
