- 中文摘要: 本研究探討鈣鐵氧磁體產生M相的可能性,工作重點在尋求稀土氧化物添加對M相的置換作用,研究對象為(CaO. (方程式無法摘錄) , Ln=La,Ce,Sm,Gd,Dy,Ho,Er,Y及 (方程式無法摘錄) , x=3,5,9,15,20,25,30,33, 50,55,60,65,75的煆燒粉末。實驗結果顯示,置換的金屬離子除須符合Hume-R0thery的規律外,尚須要有密閉層的電子結構。據計算結果, (方程式無法摘錄) 的添加量在30 mole%時產生最多的LaM相,與實驗結果(20~30 mole%)相當吻合。
- 英文摘要: The feasibility of preparing a calcium hexaferrite was sought, and the additive effects of rare earth oxideson the structural and magnetic properties of calcined (方程式無法摘錄) and (方程式無法摘錄) ‧ (方程式無法摘錄) powders were in particular investigated, where Ln“La, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho,&,Y, and X=3,5,9,15,20, 25, 30, 33, 50, 55, 60, 65, 75. The experimental result shows that only the metallic ion with a similarionic radius and a completed electron subshell can replace (方程式無法摘錄) , facilitating the formation of a magnetoplumbitephase. The calculated result indicates that the maximum amount of (方程式無法摘錄) is obtained at x=33, being ingood agreement with the experimental result (x=20 to 30).
