- 中文摘要: 為了熱帶及亞熱帶亞洲地區所生產的一些經濟植物之高度利用,乃就芋心芽、芋頭、金針菜、食用美人蕉根、茭白筍、莧菜、荸薺、菱角、黃豆、黃豆芽、綠豆、綠豆芽、蓮子、蓮藕、豌豆苗、蕹菜、藜栗等17種植物原料,分析其一般化學組成及營養成分(維生素及礦物質),並計算其熱量。此外,為了農場及工廠廢棄物之處理與利用之參考起見,就其中部分原料之廢棄物分析其一般化學組成。這些分析結果,如果與同時進行的這些植物之分類學、農藝特性,以及加工利用方法等方面之調查研究結果連合在一起,則必有助於亞洲地區各國人民對這些植物之高度利用。
- 英文摘要: In order to facilitate the better utilizationof some economic plants in tropical and sub-tropical Asia, 17 kinds of plant materials(Dasheen stalk, taro, Day-lily flowers, ediblecanna rhizome, caba, edible amaranth, waterchestnut, water caltrops, soybean, soybean sprouts,mung bean, mung bean sprouts, lotus seeds andrhizome, pea shoot tips, water convolvulus, andChenopodium seeds) were analyzed for theirproximate compositions and nutritional constit-uents (vitamins and minerals), and the caloriecontents were also calculated. Besides, therefuses of some of the plant materials were alsoanalyzed for their proximate compositions inorder to promote the treatment and/or utiliza-tion of those wastes produced in the farms orfactories. These analytical results obtained,when combined with the results of simultaneousinvestigations on the taxonomy, agronomy andutilization of these plants, will be of much helpin promoting their better utilization by thepeople of Asian countries.
