陽 - 英文摘要: Plant growth regulators are endogenous factors governing the dynamic processes of plant develop-ment. They could trigger specific gene expression at particular growth stages. α-Bromo-2'-acetonaphthonewas here established as a derivatization agent for the common carboxyl functional groups among abscisicacid, gibberellins, and indole-3-acetic acid. Derivatization, combined with reversed phase high performanceliquid chromatography, enabled simultaneous determination of multiple PGRs in seedlings and developingseeds of Oryza sativa cv. Tainung 67. Treatment of 2 μM GA was found to increase IAA level in 14-day-old seedlings by 52%. Mean-while, the ABA content was so extremely low that quantitative analysis was not feasible. An attempt wasalso made to correlate storage protein formation with changes of multiple PGRs in immature seeds. Resultsshowed that a majority of polypeptides of storage proteins appeared mainly between 4 and 10 DAF. Thiscorresponded to the timing that closely followed a drastic change between GA and ABA in the oppositedirection. Accumulation of storage proteins in developing seeds ceased at about 30 DAF.
