本論文係以一般電予鏡術,冷凍切刻術,鋅碘鋨反應及酸性磷酸酯?反應,來研究倉鼠連合下器官的微細構造及細
胞化學特性。
倉鼠連合下器官細胞的微細構造顯示︰該細胞內含有扁平型槽狀內質網,而無擴大型內質網;高氏器甚為發達。由
冷凍切刻術之結果亦顯示:倉鼠連合下器官細胞僅含有扁平槽狀內質網,而無擴大型內質網。
經鋅碘鋨反應後,在核周池,扁平型槽狀內質網及高氏器均有反應物之沈澱。酸性磷酸酯?之活性,則僅位於高氏
器之最內側小囊及緻密體內。
由以上之結果吾人推論:(1)倉鼠連合下器官細胞不以擴大型內質網或顆粒的型式來堆積其分泌物,(2)倉鼠連合下器
官細胞可能具有極高之分泌活性;或與其它齧齒類(如老鼠,小白鼠)不同,即可能不具有分泌活性。
± - 英文摘要: The subcommissural organ (SCO) of the golden hamster (Mesocricetus auratus) was studied by con-ventional electron microscopy, freeze-fracture technique, zinc-iodide-osmium (ZIO) and acid phosphatasecytochemical reactions. The ultrastructure of hamster SCO cells shows a few flattened cisternae of rough endoplasmic reti-culum (ER) without dilated ones in the cytoplasm. The Golgi apparatus is very well developed. Freeze-fracture studies also indicate only short profiles of flattened ER in the cytoplasm endorsing the absence ofdilated ER cisternae After the treatment with ZIO mixture, reaction products were observed over flattened cisternae ofthe ER and the nuclear envelope. The Golgi apparatus was also reactive toward the ZIO mixture. Acidphosphatase activities are localized in the inner one or two saccules of the Golgi apparatus and dense bodies. From these results we suggest that(1)hamster SCO cells do not accumulate secretory material inthe cytoplasm in the form of discrete secretory granules or dilated cisternae of ER, and (2) hamster SCOcells may possess extremely high secretory activity or may not be actively involved in secretory functionat all as in rats or other rodents.
