- 中文摘要: 利用球狀調和攝動函數技巧研究單一晶體成長中之形狀穩定性,此單晶體之成長乃受到擴散,同位界面動力及界面能量 之因素影響,同時晶體成長時,也考慮由於過飽和溶液與晶體密度差所引起之界面流動速度。由所設立之數學模式及分析結 果得知界面流動速率對於形狀穩定性之界限影響不大,在低過飽和溶液裏(亦?成長受制於擴散因素),晶體成長之絕對穩 定性界限乃為臨界穩定晶體核之七倍,同時,其相對穩定性之界限乃?臨界穩定晶體核之二十一倍,另外由分析得知,其界 面動力因素對於晶體成長具有加?穩定性之作用。
- 英文摘要: The geometrical stability of a single spherical crystal growth subject to diffusion, isotropic interface kinetics and surface energy effects has been studied by employing the spherical harmonic perturbation techniques. Here the interface flow velocity is considered in the analysis of the stability of single spherical crystal growth. It is found that stability criteria are insensitive to the interface flow velocity due to the difference in densities between two phases. At low supersaturation (i.e. diffusion controlled), the interface is absolutely stable until its radius is seven times the critical size of a stable nucleus and in a relative sense it is stable until its radius is 21 times that of a stable nucleus. The effects of interface kinetics are found to enhance the shape stability of a growing single crystal.
