- 中文摘要: 本研究採用德懷術,針對 32位科教學者,以三次調查,就培育科學師資之中等師培機構,發展評鑑指標。第一次調查由專家列舉評鑑指標,經分析歸納得到十個面向,57項指標。再將此等指標轉化成五點量表,請專家群就各指標的重要性勾選意見。隨後進行第三次調查。兩次調查計算每一指標的平均、標準差、排序,以 Kendall ω檢驗發現兩次排序之一致性達到顯著。本研究亦就任教於一般大學及師範大學教授之兩次排序,及各單次調查的排序從事比較。結果顯示兩群教授皆重視學生遴選、實習規劃與輔導、學程的師資組成及畢業生養成從事科學教育的態度與能力等指標;兩者相較,一般大學教授更重視機構之「師資組成」,而師範大學教授則強調專門學科素養課程與學習評量的標準。本研究並就所得指標之應用與後續研究提出建議。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study is to develop a set of indicators for evaluating secondary science teacher education programs in Taiwan. Delphi method was used to collect data from 32 science teacher educators through three continuous questionnaires. Finally, 57 indicators were established, and 44 items were rated as the score above 4, which meant that these items were higher than the level of importance. The results can be provided for the policy making in evaluating science teacher education programs at the secondary level in Taiwan.
