- 中文摘要: 利用矽膠膜(Silicone Rubber membrane)作成之管狀充氧器,以探討血液流經此單管充氧器時,血液流動對充氧效率的影響;流動範圍涉及層狀流動,渦狀流動,及二次流動(Secon-dary flow)。血液中因有血紅素的存在,在實際充氧過程中,其有效液側之質傳係數,與雷諾數0.88次,施密特數0.33次成正比,而與血液氧飽和度之10.5次方成反比。但血液之破壞現象,亦隨著雷諾數的增大,而有增壞的趨勢。 再者,利用時間平均量處理流體的流動方程式,利用計算機求得渦狀流動下之數值解,而以實驗結果印證;吾人發現充氧數據與紊流理論分析及模式計算值,還相當吻合。
- 英文摘要: The effect of blood flow on the oxygen-ation efficiency was studied by using a single-tube siliconerubber membrane oxygenator.The ranges of flow covered the regions oflaminar, turbulent, and secondary flow. The existence of HEMOGLOBIN in theblood actually enhances the rate and capacityof oxygen carried by the blood. The enhan-cement factor was empirically correlated inthe following equation: E=(方程式無法摘錄) for Re=2900~5250 Sc=2268~3391 S=0.76~0.96 Also, mass transfer equations whichinvolved turbulent eddy diffusivity werenumerically solved for radial as well as axialprofiles in terms of the degree of oxygensaturation. Further investigation on the effectof turbulent and secondary flow is still beingundertaken.
