六-羥多巴胺對倉鼠頸上神經節微細構造之影響

本論文係以電子顯微鏡觀察研究六-羥多巴胺對新生及成熟倉鼠之交感神經細胞及腎上腺激性神經之影響。其結果如次:在實驗過之新生倉鼠,大多數之神經細胞顯示退化現象。尼氏體之色源溶解現象及多數成束之細絲出現於神經細胞質內。大多數之腎上腺激性神經呈現退化並有擴大現象。在一些軸突內細絲聚集,另一些軸突則出現黑濃物。巨噬細胞自退化軸突攝取一些退化物。在實驗過之成熟倉鼠,很多神經細胞亦呈現嚴重之退化現象。一些神經細胞含有甚多平滑內質網,另一些細胞則在其細胞質內產生很大之空泡。大多數之腎上腺激性神經擴大並呈現各種程度之退化現象。一些軸突中央有細絲,其周圍由多數線粒體及空泡所包圍。另一些軸突則出現很多空泡充滿了整個軸突。在新生及成熟倉鼠之交感神經節內,節前膽鹼激性神經末端,衛星細胞及含小顆粒細胞均未受到六-羥多巴胺之影響。

The effects of 6-hydroxydopamine on the neurons as well as adrenergic nerves in the superior cervicalganglion of newborn and adult hamsters were studied with the electron microscope. In the treatednewborn hamsters, most of the neurons underwent severe degeneration. Chromatolysis of Nissl bodiesand numerous bundles of filaments were detected in the cell bodies of neurons in the newborn hamstersuperior cervical ganglia. Most of the non-terminal adrenergic nerves showed degeneration, and many ofwhich were swollen. Some axons had accumulations of filaments, others showed dense profiles. Themacrophages engulfed some debris of the degenerated axons. In the treated adult hamsters many neuronsalso showed severe degeneration. Some neurons had numerous smooth membranous elements, otherneurons produced a large vacuole in the center of the cytoplasm. Most of the non-terminal adrenergicnerves were enlarged and showed a variety of degenerative appearances. Some axons had a central core offilament bundle enclosed by numerous mitochondria and vesicular elements. Other axons producednumerous vacuoles which occupied the whole axon. The preganglionic cholinergic nerve endings, thesatellite cells, and the small granule-containing cells in the ganglia of both the newborn and adult hamsterswere not affected by 6-hydroxydopamine.
