- 英文摘要:
The kinetics on the early stages of thermal dehydrochlorination of
polyvinyl chloride up to a conversion of 0.3% are studied by a pH method in a
nitrogen atmosphere. Four commercial, suspension-polymerized PVC resins were
thermally treated in the temperature range of 160 to 190℃.
The results show that thermal dehydrochlorination of PVC can be divided into
two stages. In the first stage which corresponds to conversions from 0.0027 to 0.1%,
the reaction is half-order with respect to the fraction of undegraded monomeric
units. In the second stage, which corresponds to conversions from 0. 1 to 0.3%,
the reaction becomes first-order. The kinetic data are well fitted for a free radical
chain mechanism in which termination mechanism is dependent on the stages of
reaction. The rate constant follows the Arrhenius law. - 中文關鍵字: --
