- 中文摘要: 殺草劑馬上除(butachlor)和克草(bromacil)濃度高至100 ppm時均不會顯著的影響念珠藻CH2之生長和生理活性。掃丹(benthiocarb)卻可同時抑制了念珠藻CH2的葉綠素含量,固氮作用、光合作用,以及呼吸作用。掃丹對念珠藻CH3之作用結果亦相似。馬上除可抑制念珠藻CH3的固氮作用較其光合作用為快。克草則僅稍抑制其生理活性。掃丹和克草可稍抑制CH2和CH3細胞內之光反應系統I,但並不會抑制光反應系統II。馬上除則稍抑制CH3的光反應系統I,或CH2的光反應系統II,可抑制CH2的光反應系統I45%。此外,這些殺草劑亦會抑制葉綠素和藻色素的合成。
- 英文摘要: At herbicides butachlor or bromacil concentrations even as high as 100 ppm, growth and physiologi-cal activities of Anabaena CH2 cells were not significantly altered. Benthiocarb inhibited cellular chloro-phyll content, nitrogen fixation, photosynthetic and respiratory activities of CH2 seemed to proceed simul-taneously. The growth and physiological activities of Anabaena CH3 cells would also be repressed by ben-thiocarb. Butachlor inhibited nitrogen fixation prior to photosynthetic activity. Bromacil would somewhatinterfere in its growth and physiological activities. Photosystem I activity of Anabaena CH2 and CH3 would be slightly inhibited by 6 ppm benthiocarbor 100 ppm bromacil, PS II activity was not interfered with contrarily. Herbicide butachlor (100 ppm)would inhibit 45% of PS I activity of CH2, but slightly affect PS I activity of CH3, and PS II activity ofCH2. Photosystem II activity of CH3 would not be influenced by 100 ppm butachlor.
