鎂合金AZ-91C精密鑄件之研製

鎂合金因具備良好的強度∕重量比值,及易於加工成形的特性,故廣泛的被應用在航空及太
空工業上。本研究計畫,特選用 AZ-91C 來鑄造飛機結構配件,內容包括鎂合金之精密鑄造技
術及產品之熱處理兩大部份。
(一)鑄造技術:鎂合金是極其活潑之輕金屬,在高溫鑄造過程中,很容易氧化燃燒,並損壞鑄
件,但經不斷改進鑄造程序,目前業已完全控制。
(二)熱處理效果:鎂合金之 T6 熱處理硬化,是由 Mg Al 時效析出的結果,β相(Mg A1 )
在晶粒界面及晶粒內呈不連續與連續之兩種形態析出物出現。時效硬化歷時之時間與鑄件之晶粒
大小成正比,時效硬化之效果與晶粒大小成反比。晶粒大小,鑄造收縮細孔及 Mg A1 之析出
形態是影響鎂合金鑄件強度?度的三種基本要項,並且這三種要項是互為消長的。

The utilization of magnesium alloy in air-craft and space industry, owing to their superiorratio of strength over mass weight and the ex-cellent machinability. At the present time, the object is to choosethe AZ-91C alloy to precision cast the aircraftsparts, and the subject was divided into twosections, namely: (1)The technique of casting:Magnesiumalloy is a highly reactive metal in the moltenstate. Nevertheless we have controlled the ca-sting process by our hard research on and on. (2) The effect of heat-treatment:The har-dening of Mg-alloy byT-6 results from theMg Al precipitated. which can be precipitatedon the grain boundaries (discontinuously) or inthe matrix respectively. The aging time toreach the maximum hardness is directly pro-portional to the grain size, and the aging effectsis inverse to the d. The shrinkage void, mor-phology of β phase and the grain size d are themain factors to influence the mechanical pro-perties but they conflict one another.
