之速率;雖然以前的報告曾顯示核醣胸腺核?可影響聚尿核?指導之聚苯胺酸的生合成速率。l - 英文摘要: In order to study the mechanism for the effect of ribothymidine content of a specific mammaliantRNAPhe on the rate of poly(U) directed poly(Phe) synthesis, various mammalian tRNAPhe's differingonly in the ribothymidine content at position 23 from the 3'-terminus were employed for kinetic studiesfor both aminoacylation and Phe-tRNAPhe ribosome binding reactions. These mammalian tRNAPhe'semployed in study were human placenta tRNAPhe with 50% ribothymidine content,beef liver tRNAPhewith 72% ribothymidine content and completely methylated beef liver tRNAPhe with 95% ribothymidinecontent. Results showed that the ribothymidine content of specific mammalian tRNAPhe's differing onlyin the ribothymidine content affected neither the rate of aminoacylation nor the rate of Phe-tRNAPheribosome binding although it might affect the rate of poly(U) directed poly(Phe) synthesis.
