- 中文摘要: 經由微電腦控制之輔助程序,對隨時間之平方根而變更電流之時間電位法研究後發現電雙層充電電流之干擾,可經由下列兩種方式消除:一為在試樣中加入比待測物更容易被還原之物種,另為當溶液中待測物之濃度極稀時,使用背景校正之方法。以鉛及鎘離子為定量示範,偵測濃度可下降至一微莫耳濃度而仍維持良好之相對誤差(約10%)此濃度比文獻所載使用同樣之電流施加模式所測得者低了一級次以上。利用此微電腦控制之程序,和在降低線路本身之背景電流後,此時間電位法之偵測極限應可繼續降低一至二級次至ppb之範圍,而達到可和其他伏特安培法相比較之實用程度。
- 英文摘要: With the assist of microcomputer controlled procedures, the charging current interference in thesquare root of time current chronopotentiometry could be eliminated effectively either by the additionof a sacrificial species to the solution or application of backeround correction procedures when analyteconcentration was low. Determination of (方程式無法摘錄) and (方程式無法摘錄) down to 1.0 μM which is about one order ofmagnitude lower than that reported in the literature (with the same mode of current application) couldbe achieved with good precision. Further lowering of the detection limit might enable this method to becompetitive with other voltammetric methods for pratical applications.
