- 中文摘要: 本論文是以理論及實驗方法,探討在等溫圓管內混合流體及熱入口區,液體固化對流體流動及熱傳之影饗。理論解假定液相及固相交界面右軸向的變化是緩慢的,但是考慮徑向速度在入口區之重大影響。理論解得到普蘭特數〈Pr〉0.1,0.7,7及10等液體之液一固交界面形狀,壓力降及熱傳係數。 實驗採用水作工作介質及兩組不同長度之雙管熱交換器來證明理論之正確性。此熱交換器內徑較小以避免自然對流的影響,實驗結果得到一連串的數據來計算平均熱傳率,與Pr=7及10之理論結果互相比較,非常相近,彼此印證相互的可靠性“
- 英文摘要: The paper presents a theoretical and experimental investigation of liquidsolidification in combined hydrodynamic and thermal entrance region of acircular tube with a uniform wall temperature. The theoretical solution assumesthat axial variations in liquid-solid interface are gradual and considers thateffects of radial velocity component are significant in the entrance region.The theoretical analysis yields profiles of liquid-solid interface, pressure dropand heat transfer coefficient for the cases of Pr=0.1,0.7,7, and 10. Experimental work using water as a working medium was carried out toverify the theoretical result by employing two double-pipe heat exchangerswith small inner tube diameter to prevent free convection effects. A seriesof experimental data were obtained to calculate the mean heat transfer rate.Comparison between the experimental data and the theoretical results forthe cases of Pr=7 and Pr=10 is made. An excellent agreement is observed.
