- 英文摘要: We compared the influence of temperature on the chlorophyll (Ch1) and carotenoid contents, andthe Ch1 a/b and carotenoids/Ch1 ratios of leaves in normal and Golden-leaf figs (Ficus macrocarpa cv.Golden-leaves). While normal fig adjusts only the Ch1 content, Golden-leaf fig adjusts both the Ch1 contentand Ch1 a/b ratio, suggesting that Golden-leaf fig adjusts the size and composition of antenna in the twophotosystems to adapt to temperature changes. In both of these biotypes, Ch1 expression in the developingleaves is more sensitive to temperature than is that in the mature leaf. It appears that the deficiency oftotal Ch1 is not directly accompanied by a loss of total carotenoid, but the alteration of Ch1 a/b ratios isdirectly accompanied by alteration of the carotenoids/Ch1 ratios.
