等溫式熱線風速計之研究

本報告完成了一簡易而低成本之等溫式熱線風速計之試製及測試。此風速計之系統反應情形亦經理論之分析其動態之響應。此風速計之設計採用工作放大器,以非差壓方式使用可得較穩定之系統。其性能之測試乃利用音爆管測試其級響應;利用方形波測試法測試其響應,以及於圓柱體後之尾流中,測試其實際響應。又各實驗方法所得之數據與理論值尚稱符合。又發現方形波法僅能對頻率響應做保守之估計,但確能用以調整系統之最佳反應。

This paper concerns the design and the dy-namic response test of a simple, low-cost hot-wire anemometer of constant temperature type.The system response is analyzed. The designof the anemometer employs the operationalamplifiers used in nondifferential way to achievea stable system performance. The dynamic re-sponse of the anemometer is tested in a shocktube for the step response. Also, it is sbuject-ed to the usual practice of the square wave test.To actually test the response in a fluctuatingflow field, it is also tested in the Karman streetfor its frequency response. The measured resultsare in good agreements with that predicted bythe analysis. It is found that the square wavetest can be used to adjust the system for opti-mum response, but predicts a lower frequencyresponse than that measured from the shocktube tests.
