- 中文摘要: 本研究係就有攪拌及無攪拌之兩種條件,估計於起初流體化(Incipient Fluidization),微小粒子物質之粒子間的有效附著力。此附著力之估計係利用由觀察(即由實驗結果所得的)及計算的兩個最小流體化速度算出的流體化能力指數(Fluidiz-ability Index)而得。對起初流體化,攪拌效果,試以因加攪拌而引起的粒子間附著力減少量對單一粒子之重力之比表示之。由此值對粒子之大小之相互關係得知:攪拌對微小粒子之流體化之效果,與粒徑之平方之倒數成比例關係。
- 英文摘要: Effective interparticle adhesive force of materials of small particle size in the stirred and unstirred incipient fiuidization was estimated from the fluidizability Indexes obtained from the calculated and observed minimum fluidization velocity. The effect of stirring on incipient fluidization was expressed by the ratio of the reduction of interparticle adhesive force due to the participation of stirring to the gravitational force of particle: this term was correlated with particle size, resulting in the conclusion that stirring is more effective for smaller particles.
