- 中文摘要: 兩株不同交配型之Mucor mucedo, M. hiemalis和Blakeslea trispora和八株Rhizopus為材料研究真菌性別,tris-poric acids和類固醇分佈間之關係,發現毛黴菌目的菌絲體皆以麥角固醇和ergosta-5,7-dien-3β-ol為主要類固醇。而兩種不同交配型M. mucedo的菌絲體皆以ergosta-tetraene,ergo sta-pentaene和ergosta-hexaene為次要類固醇。其中(+)交配型的菌絲體中ergosta-5,7-dien-3β-ol與麥角固醇含量的比值大於(一)交配型。前者比後者含較多量的ergosta-tetraene,ergosta-pentaene和ergosta-hexaene。而已交配型之菌絲體類固醇的分佈則介於兩種未交配型菌株之間。由已交配之Blakeslea trispora所製備之trisporic acid,可以影響M. mucedo, M. hiemalis和Rhizopus sp.的類固醇分佈。
- 英文摘要: Different mating types of Mucor mucedo, M. hiemalis, Blakeslea trispora, and eight strains of Rhi-zopus spp. were used to investigate the relationships among fungal sexuality, trisporic acids and steroiddistribution. The study showed that ergosterol and ergosta-5,7-dien-3β-ol were the major steroids in alltested strains, while ergosta-tetraene, ergosta-pentaene and ergosta-hexaene were the minor steroid com-ponents in both mating types of M. mucedo. The (+)mating type had a larger ratio of ergosta-5,7-dien-3β-ol to ergosterol than that of the (-)mating type, and the former also had more ergosta-tetraene, ergosta-pentaene and ergosta-hexaene than thelatter, while the steroid distribution of mated strains was between the unmated strains. Trisporic acids wereprepared from the mated strains of B. trispora, and could affect the pattern of steroid distribution in M.mucedo, M, hiemalis and Rhizopus sp.
