- 中文摘要: 本研究探討臺灣黃蘗生物鹼含量之季節變化,並研究與成長過程之關係及對溫度、濕度和雨量等氣候之影響,尋求本植物最佳繁殖條件及最好採收時節,有效提高本植物經濟效益;本研究植物係臺北市陽明山鄒梅農場之臺灣黃蘗,樹齡僅三年六個月,研究期間十二個月,以 HPLC方法分析本植物生物鹼含量;研究結果發現本植物之 Berberine 含量,以八月份最高為2.26%,而十二月份最低為1.32%,全年平均值為1.74%;又其 Palmatine, Magnoflorine 和Phellodendrine 之最高相對含量均為十月份,分別是97.70%,、23.27%和13.80%,但此三種生物鹼之月份差異不明顯;因此採收本植物皮部宜選在五月份至八月份期間,則可獲得高品質之黃柏皮。 本研究又發現本植物在休眠期間,從十月份至次年四月份,其 Berberine 含量較低,而其Palmatine,Magnoflorine 和 Phellodendrine 之相對含量並無顯著差異;但是本植物在高溫期間,其生物鹼含量較高,而濕度和雨量對本植生物鹼含量之影響不顯著。
- 英文摘要: The seasonal variations of the alkaloidcontents in the bark of phellodendron wilsoniiHay. et Kaneh. were determined by usingthe HPLC method. These plants were plantedat the district of Yangmingshan, Taipei, onlyfor three years and six months. The monthlyaverage berberine contents were found thatthe maximum was in August at 2.26%, theminimum was in December at 1.32% andthe yearly averge was 1.74%. The monthlyaverage relative contents of palmatine, ma-gnoflorine and phellodendrine were foundto be a little change. Therefore, the collectionof this plant during summer would furnishthe materials of excellent quality. The plant were showed that during thedormant poriod, the berberine content waslow and the relative contents of palmatine,magnoflorine and phellodendrine were a little differences. The alkaloid contents were alsoaffected by the monthly mean temperaturechange of this district. The higher the mon-thly mean temperature, the more the alkaloidcontents. But the monthly total precipltationand the monthly mean relative humidity ofthis district were a little effect on the alkaloidcontents.
